No Refunds Policy:
At Dr Chhaparwal’s Consultancy Clinic, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. Our team of healthcare professionals dedicates their expertise and time to ensuring that every treatment plan and medical procedure is conducted with the utmost professionalism and commitment to your health. After the Initial Consultation, if another consultation is due within 7 days, it will be free of charge.

Payment for Services:
All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. We accept several forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and health insurance where applicable. Our billing staff is available to assist you with any questions you may have about your account or payment options. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
We understand that situations arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. While we do not refund payments, we are committed to working with you to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time.
